Refund Policy
We want our customers to shop with complete peace of mind. Refunds or exchanges are available under these conditions:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or expired product received
Product missing from order
Conditions for Refund/Exchange:
Claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof (pictures/videos) of the issue is required.
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we will process a refund or send a replacement as per your request.
